Before search launch we draft and send to you the Search Overview, a working document subject to mutual editing and updates to ensure we are all on the same page. Also included is the search timeline, hiring criteria, recruiting message and more.

Sourcing Phase
Our proprietary database of the industry and our methodology allows us to identify, interview and qualifying candidates meeting your criteria. The sourcing phase includes early presentation to you of one candidate around whom we calibrate to ensure the slate is on target.
