Meet Myron

Myron Davis, Principal

With 20 years in the Life Sciences and executive search, Myron is one of the most successful recruiters of Food R&D, Quality and Engineering professionals in the nation, and consistently has ranked in the Top 1% of recruiters nationwide.

Myron has been the preferred recruiting partner retained by Food companies in the Fortune 100, and smaller companies.  He has led successful searches for CTOs, VPs R&D, VPs Quality, VP R&D Packaging, VP Regulatory, and many at Director and Manager levels in those same disciplines.  Myron also has been retained to lead searches for many individual contributors in business-critical functions.

Prior to executive search Myron was VP at a private college, and spent 13 years at Purdue University where his work with world-class scientists in Food was the genesis of his recruiting specialization. Myron’s understanding and passion for the Food Industry, along with skill as a Subject Matter Specialist for recruiting top-tier talent distinguish him from the cacophony of transactional, generalist recruiters claiming ability to recruit in all disciplines of an industry.

Myron has served on Boards of Directors for U.S. Land Grant Universities, presented at national symposia, and has had numerous leadership roles in higher education and for organizations in his community of West Lafayette, Indiana.
